Encountering Error 13 while Attempting to Add Custom Definition in GA4
Hey there, I’m struggling with an annoying issue. I keep getting an error while trying to add a custom definition to my GA4 properties. You can see the exact error in the image linked. (https://i.stack.imgur.com/Ixbrp.png)
This is the error: POST https://analytics.google.com/analytics/app/data/v2/reporting/customdefinitions/user?dataset=a55955706p326566624&gamonitor=gafe&hl=en_US&state=app.admin.mobile.customdefinitions.hub 500 (And a lot of technical gibberish follows...)It’s strange because I was able to add the exact same definition to another GA4 property without any hassle. Managed to do it successfully last year too, but now I can’t seem to add it to a different GA4 property. Any ideas?

Sounds like you’re dealing with a server issue, buddy. Clear your browser cache and cookies, disable any ad-blockers and try again. If this doesn’t do the trick, there could be an issue on Google’s end. Give it some time and report the issue to Google Support.
