Firstly, the API might be pulling duplicate transactions which GA4 automatically removes. Secondly, the API could just be taking longer to update. I&#8217;ve been slinging server events from my website through GTM server-side to GA4 no problem. But here&#8217;s the kicker &#8211; when I flag them as a Conversion, they get all shy and won&#8217;t show up in the Conversion corner and definitely won&#8217;t fire as a Conversion!</p>
