    As of now, Google Analytics 4 does not officially support the User Activity API which was available in Universal Analytics. The way data is handled and structured is quite different in Google Analytics 4, focusing more on event-driven data. This new paradigm shift does not currently provide a built-in method to extract all event data for individual users using their userId or uid. It’s always worth keeping an eye on updates and changes from Google, as they may introduce new features and capabilities in the future.
