The trigger settings should be correctly configured to fire on the appropriate event or page, make sure the eCommerce transaction data is accessible when the tag fires. Another point could be the Data Layer configuration, ensure it’s set up properly and providing the correct transaction details. Most of the time, if a tag isn’t firing, it’s one of these two things.
